About this website
The Fire and EMS Database wants to provide information about finally every Fire Department and EMS provider in the world. Reaching this goal won't be simple... and it'll never be accomplished. But we try.
I came up with the idea of creating this database after I realized, that there are a whole bunch of websites providing information on this topic, but there wasn't even one to have a key source, if one wants to get some more information.
So this database tries to merge the existing sources for an easier access to this interesting data. Thereby the original source will be mentioned and just key facts will be transferred into the database.
If anyone wants to help and add or edit some information, there will be an option to register and help.
To be honest, english isn't my very first language, so there could be some mistakes, inaccuracy or even confusion in the descriptions. It would be nice if you could help me to change this. Just send a mail to
